How to Distribute a DJ Mix to Apple Music

Step 1: Create a New Release

  1. Log in to your nodable dashboard.

  2. Select Create New Release and choose the DJ Mix option.

  3. Enter the title, artist name, and other required metadata.

Step 2: Upload Your Mix

  1. Ensure your DJ mix is in a high-quality WAV or FLAC format.

  2. Upload the full-length mix as a single track.

  3. If available, provide a cue sheet listing all tracks and timestamps.

Step 3: Add Track Information

  1. Provide details of all tracks included in the mix:

    • Track title

    • Original artist

    • Record label (if applicable)

  2. If using tracks from Apple Music or nodable’s licensed catalog, ensure they are properly referenced.
