Payment Timing and Withdrawal Requests

Written By nodable

Royalties from DSPs are not paid immediately after streaming activity is reported. Each DSP follows its own payment cycle, which means the time it takes for earnings to become available may vary depending on the platform.

In general, some DSPs such as Apple Music, YouTube, Snapchat, Tidal, and others pay after approximately 2 months, while platforms such as Spotify, Amazon Music, and similar services typically pay after approximately 3 months.

How to Request a Payment

Before requesting a payout, you must first connect and verify your payment details through Tipalti. This step is required so that your account can be properly set up for withdrawals.

Once your payment information has been connected, you can request a payout in one of two ways:

Go to the Home page and click on “Request Payment” or Contact our support team and ask them to initiate the payment request for you

If your payment details are not yet linked through Tipalti, the withdrawal request cannot be processed.

Important Notes

  • Payment availability depends on the reporting and payment schedule of each DSP.

  • Earnings must first be received and confirmed before they can be withdrawn.

  • Make sure your Tipalti information is complete and up to date to avoid delays.

If you experience any issues with your payment setup or withdrawal request, please contact our support team for assistance.
